The mission note
Public DVIDS copy for DOW-UAP-PR135 states that CENTCOM forwarded the clip to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO). The accompanying mission report, DOW-UAP-D108, describes six small spherical objects grouped together, characterized as seemingly agile and frequently changing direction. The reporter estimated speed near 480 miles per hour. The official video description walks through sensor pans and magnification changes and explicitly warns readers not to treat the caption as an analytical judgment of nature or origin.
Press summaries (EarthSky, Washington Times) place the clip inside a larger mixed release — historical Project Blue Book audio, older films, and newer military sensor products — and note the familiar refrain: no “smoking gun” proving extraterrestrial craft.
