PURSUE Release 05 (7 August 2026) includes DOW-UAP-PR117: a sixteen-second secondary phone recording of an AC-130J infrared display from a 2021 Gulf of Oman event, forwarded by CENTCOM. The companion IIR DOW-UAP-D101 describes “cold orbs” on the order of four feet; DVIDS copy is explicit that filming a screen limits fidelity.
Process is the story
